电子数据是2012年《刑事诉讼法》所规定的独立证据种类,可以用于证明案件事实的电子数据被称为电子证据。在实际司法实践中,立法的缺失、理论研究的不足以及技术手段的不成熟,导致电子证据存在大量关联性认证困难的问题。以类案分析和个案探讨相结合的方式,重点对电子证据的关联性问题展开分析论述,并提出可操作性建议,以期充分实现电子证据在新时期违法犯罪活动中的最大价值。

The enrollment system in favor of specialized talents and innovation personnel selection has brought challenges to academic performance evaluation for higher vocational English.
