从刑法角度来看,贩毒是涉毒犯罪行为中最为常见的一种;从商品流通角度分析,贩毒的实质是一种特殊的商品交易,因此它必然符合并遵循商品经济发展的基本规律。毒品犯罪过程由物质流、资金流与信息流构成。贩毒嫌疑人犯罪活动轨迹分析要从车轨信息分析、消费轨迹分析、银行轨迹分析、通讯轨迹分析四方面展开,每一种轨迹分析都存在着互相交叉的关系,理论上讲没有先后顺序之分。因此,要结合涉案人员背景及其社会关系进行全方位的综合分析研判,尽可能地还原过去已经发生和后续即将发生的犯罪行为,为收集和固定证据做好充分的保障。

From the perspective of criminal law,drug trafficking is the most common kind of drug-related crimes;from the perspective of commodity circulation,the essence of drug trafficking is a special commodity transaction,so it must conform to and follow the basic rule of commodity economic development.The essence of the process of drug crime consists of material flow,capital flow and information flow.The trajectory analysis of criminal activities of drug trafficking suspects should be carried out from four aspects: vehicle information analysis,consumption trajectory analysis,bank trajectory analysis and communication trajectory analysis.Each trajectory analysis has a mutual relationship,so theoretically,there is no order.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out comprehensive analysis and judgment based on the background of the people involved and their social relations,as far as possible to restore the criminal behavior that has occurred in the past and the follow-up,and to provide adequate protection for collecting and fixing the evidence.
