目前,警务辅助人员的心理契约、心理契约违背以及职业认同都存在一定的争议。对警察群体和警务辅助人员进行实证研究,分析警务辅助人员心理契约违背及职业认同的现状,探究警务辅助人员心理契约违背及职业认同的影响因素及其相互关系,可以健全避免警务辅助人员心理契约违背的防范措施,发现提升其职业认同的有效路径。

The theoretical research on psychological contract,psychological contract violation and professional identity is sorted out.Based on the relevant empirical research on police and police assistants,this paper analyzes the status quo of psychological contract violations and professional identity of police assistants.This paper explores the influencing factors and interrelationships of psychological contract violations and professional identity of police assistants,and puts forward some preventive measures to avoid the psychological contract violations of police assistants and suggestions for improving their professional identity.
