高校图书情报管理现状及模式变革探究

高校图书馆作为学校信息和知识的中心,具有丰富的馆藏资源以及抓取、筛选、收集信息的能力。然而,信息时代下,信息量正以爆炸式速度猛增,在承载信息的同时,如何有效管理、高效揭示、广泛传播科学信息是图书馆人面临的巨大挑战。文章结合工作实际,对高校图书馆图书情报管理工作现状进行分析,并对如何创新图书情报管理模式提出了可行策略。

As the center of school information and knowledge, university libraries have abundant collection resources and the ability to grasp, screen and collect information. However, in the information era, the amount of information has soared. How to effective management, efficient literature revealing and widespread dissemination scientific information while transmits information is a great challenge for librarians. Based on the actual work, this paper analyses the current situation of library and information management in university libraries, and puts forward feasible strategies on how to innovate library and information management model.
