摘要
选区激光熔化技术依据随形冷却模具具备的直接成型、制造周期短、性能优良等特点,被广泛应用于模具的生产制造:文章从选区激光熔化技术的工艺特点、随形冷却模具的设计原则、模具原材料的选择、成型精度控制以及成型件力学性能等方面,对该技术在模具制造中的应用进行了系统的研究和探讨。这对模具企业采用选区激光熔化技术进行模具制造具有重要的指导意义。
Based on the characteristics of direct molding, short manufacturing cycle and excellent performance, followup cooling mould has been widely used in the production and manufacture of mould by selective laser melting technology. In this paper, the application of laser melting technology in mould manufacturing is systematically studied and discussed from the aspects of the technological characteristics of selective laser melting technology, the design principle of cooling mould, the selection of mould raw materials, the control of molding accuracy and the mechanical properties of molding parts. It is of great guiding significance for mould enterprises to adopt selective laser melting technology to mould manufacturing.
