职业技能大赛引领的课程改革与实践

Reform and practice of courses led by professional skill competition

随着教育部联合天津市政府以及23个部委举办高等职业院校首届职业技能大赛以来,职业技能大赛对高职院校课程改革的多个方面起到了引领作用。循着技能大赛的要求,文章阐述了课赛融合的现状与路径,在培养课程体系中的理论课程、理实一体化课程和实践课程3个方面,探讨技能大赛的影响以及大赛引领课程的改革实践。大赛引领的课程体系实践,使高职教学回归教育本质,提升人才培养质量。

Since the Ministry of Education jointly organized the first professional skill competition of vocational colleges with Tianjin government and 23 ministries,professional skill competition has played a leading role in many aspects of curriculum reform in vocational colleges.According to the requirements of the skills competition,this paper expounds the current situation and path of integration of course contest,and discusses the influence of skill competition and the reform practice of the course-leading course in three aspects: theory course,integration course and practice course in the training curriculum system.Through the practice of the course system led by the competition,the higher vocational education can return to the essence of education and improve the quality of personnel training.
