摘要
持续、专业化、高素质的人才供给,是养老服务体系健康和可持续发展的人力基础和专业技术保障,而在我国,养老服务人员流动率和流失率高,养老服务人才严重缺乏。文章以养老服务人员的人文关怀需要为切入点,分析养老服务人才缺乏的主要原因,呼吁加强养老服务机构的人文管理,推动医养融合在我国的发展进程。
The continuous,specialized and high-quality personnel supply is the human base and professional and technical guarantee for the healthy and sustainable development of the old-age service system.Taking the humanistic care needs of the elderly service personnel as the starting point,this paper analyzes the main reasons for the lack of the elderly service personnel,calls for strengthening the humanities management of the elderly service institutions,and promotes the integration of medical care in the development process of our country.
