摘要
本文介绍了我国饲料领域专利申请概况,并着重分析了饲料添加剂安全性、如何考量饲料领域专利申请的创造性,以期望对饲料领域的专利申请和专利审查提供些许参考.
This paper introduced the development of Feed Patent Application in China, and analyzed the feed additives safety, feed patent creativity, in order to provide some reference for feed patent applying and examining.
