摘要 建立水稻田环境及水稻中双唑草腈的残留分析方法,优化了QuEChERS的提取净化方法,结合高效液相-串联质谱法,采用ESI离子源正离子模式扫描测定双唑草腈残留量。结果表明:各基质中双唑草腈在0.005~1 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R^2>0.99,且均呈基质减弱效应,双唑草腈在各基质样品中的平均回收率为94.73%~105.67%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.99%~5.98%。该方法快速简便,准确可靠,是检测双唑草腈在水稻及其环境中残留量的理想分析方法。 A method for analysis of pyraclonil resdue in rice and its environment was established,and the extraction and purification method for QuEChERS was optimized. Combined with high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS),the residue of pyraclonil was determined by ESI ion source positive ion mode scanning.The results showed that the linearity of the pyraclonil in the matrix ranged from 0.005 to 1 mg/L,and the correlation coefficient was R^2>0.99,which showed a matrix weakening effect.The average recovery rates of the pyraclonil in each matrix sample were 94.73%-105.67%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 0.99%~5.98%.The method is fast,simple,accurate and reliable,and is an ideal analytical method for detecting the residual amount of pyraclonil in rice and its environment.
