桂枝汤治疗产后溢乳临证验案一文,为重庆市卫生计生委中医药科技项目。本文所述妇人产后溢乳,辨证为太阳病,处方给与桂枝汤加减,5剂而病缓,12剂而病愈。王成虎临床上运用经方,遵循“方证相应,药证相对”的思维原则,首辨病机确定主方,依据症状而活用药证,随证加减。

This article described the woman postpartum galactopause,syndrome differentiation for sun disease,prescription given guizhi decoction,5 doses and slow disease, 12 doses and disease recovery. In clinical practice,wang chenghu applied jing fang,followed the thinking principle of "prescription corresponding to syndrome and drug opposite to syndrome",determined the main prescription by first identifying disease mechanism,and used active drug syndrome according to symptoms,adding or subtracting with syndrome.
