目的:探讨2型糖尿病气阴两虚型患者血糖和血脂之间的相关性。方法:对2018年2月-2019年3月就诊于芜湖市中医医院内分泌科410例2型糖尿病(T2DM)气阴两虚型患者进行资料采集,测算患者的身高、体质量及体质指数(BMI),检测患者静脉血的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPBG)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)。分析2型糖尿病气阴两虚型患者血清中血糖和血脂之间的相关性。结果:Pearson相关性分析显示,2型糖尿病气阴两虚型患者BMI与HDL-C呈显著正相关关系;FPG与TC、TG呈显著正相关关系,与HDL-C呈显著负相关关系;2hPBG与TC、LDL-C呈显著正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病气阴两虚型患者血清中的血糖和血脂水平之间具有较强的相关性,这对2型糖尿病的中医辨证分型以及积极预防2型糖尿病并发动脉硬化具有一定的指导意义。

Objective: To investigate the correlation between blood glucose and blood lipids in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods From February 2018 to March 2019, 410 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) with Qi and Yin deficiency were enrolled in the Department of Endocrinology, Wuhu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The patient’s height, body weight and body mass index (BMI)were measured. Detection of patient serum fasting blood glucose (FPG), postprandial 2 hours blood glucose (2hPBG), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C). To analyze the correlation between serum blood glucose and blood lipids in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Results Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between BMI and HDL-C in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with Qi and Yin deficiency. FPG was positively correlated with TC and TG, and negatively correlated with HDL-C. 2hPBG and TC and LDL-C showed a significant positive correlation (P<0.05). Conclusion: There is a strong correlation between blood glucose and blood lipid levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with deficiency of Qi and Yin. This has certain guidance for TCM syndrome differentiation of type 2 diabetes and active prevention of macrovascular complications of type 2 diabetes. significance.
