康心胶囊联合西药治疗冠心病合并糖调节受损疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Kangxin Capsule Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Impaired Glucose Regulation

目的:观察康心胶囊联合西药治疗冠心病合并糖调节受损的临床疗效。方法:将128例冠心病合并糖调节受损病人随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规冠心病西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用本院内制剂“康心胶囊”治疗40d后对比观察两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗后两组临床疗效、心电图、血糖、血脂指标较治疗前均有显著改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05),两组均未发现明显的不良反应。结论:康心胶囊可明显改善冠心病合并糖调节受损患者的临床症状,提高临床疗效。

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Kangxin Capsule combined with western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease with impaired glucose regulation. Methods 128 patients with coronary heart disease and impaired glucose regulation were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with conventional coronary heart disease. The observation group added the hospital preparation“ Kangxin Capsule” on the basis of the control group. After 40 days of treatment, the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The clinical efficacy, electrocardiogram, blood glucose and blood lipid levels of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment (P<0.05). The improvement degree of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). No significant adverse reactions were found in either group. Conclusion: Kangxin Capsule can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease and impaired glucose regulation, and improve clinical efficacy.
