新方颠倒散治疗痤疮30例疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of 30 Cases of Acne Treated with New Diandao Powder

目的:探讨新方颠倒散外涂治疗痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将痤疮患者90例随机分成3组,每组30例。护治组给予刮痧结合颠倒散外涂护治,颠倒散组给予颠倒散外涂治疗,新方颠倒散组给予新方颠倒散外涂治疗。结果:护治组有效率为86.7%,颠倒散组为66.7%,新方颠倒散组为83.3%;护治组和新方颠倒散组疗效均优于颠倒组(P均≤0.05),差异具有统计学意义。而护治组和新方颠倒散组疗效相当(P>0.05),差异无统计学意义。结论:新方颠倒散治疗痤疮疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of new Diandao powder topical external application of acne. Method:90 patients with acne were randomly divided into three groups. The nursing and treatment group was treated with scraping therapy combined with Diandao powder topical external application. Diandao powder group was treated with Diandao powder topical external application. The new Diandao powder group to give the new prescription topical external application. Result: Nursing and treatment group: 19 cases were cured, 3 cases were markedly improved, 4 cases improved, and 4 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 86.7%;Diandao powder group:12 cases were cured, 5 cases markedly effective, 3 cases improved, 10 cases ineffective, and the total effective rate was 66.7%. P ≤ 0.05;New Diandao powder:16 cases were cured, 4 cases markedly effective, 6 cases improved, 5 cases ineffective, and the total effective rate was 83.3%. Conclusion: New Diandao powder is better than the Diandao powder;scraping treatment combined with Diandao powder external application of acne clinical effect is remarkable, it is worth promoting.
