推拿联合神经肌肉关节促进法治疗冻结期肩周炎疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Massage Combined with NJF in Treatment of Frozen Periarthritis of Shoulder

目的:通过运用推拿联合神经肌肉关节促进法治疗冻结期肩周炎的临床疗效观察。方法90例符合纳入标准的冻结期肩周炎患者随机分为观察组46例、对照组44例,观察组采用推拿联合神经肌肉关节促进法治疗;对照组采用纯推拿手法治疗,两组治疗5次为一疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。治疗2个疗程后,用McGill疼痛评分及肩关节功能分级进行临床疗效的评定,并观察临床疗效。结果2周的治疗后,通过VAS或McGill疼痛问卷和肩关节功能评分测量的疼痛强度,对照组患者的疼痛强度和肩关节功能复发,但与基线相比仍有统计学差异。对于观察组,疼痛强度和肩关节功能与基线和治疗前相比有显着改善(P<0.05)。2周治疗后治疗组疼痛强度和肩关节功能均较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。治疗2个疗程后,治疗组总有效率为89.1%,治愈率21.75%;总有效率对照组72.7%,治愈率18.2%,治疗组优于对照组。结论推拿联合神经肌肉关节促进法治疗冻结期肩周炎可使肩关节疼痛、功能障碍明显改善,其临床综合疗效明显优于纯推拿手法。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of massage combined with neuromuscular joint promotion in the treatment of frozen periarthritis of shoulder. Methods: 90 patients with frozen periarthritis of shoulder who met the inclusion criteria were divided into observation group (n=46) and control group (n=44) by random number table method. The control group was treated with pure manipulation of massage, and the two groups were treated for 5 times as one course of treatment, and for 2 consecutive courses of treatment. After two courses of treatment, McGill pain score and shoulder function grading were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy, and the clinical efficacy was observed. Results: After 2 weeks of treatment, pain intensity was measured by VAS or McGill pain questionnaire and shoulder function score. Pain intensity and shoulder function of patients in the control group relapsed, but there was still statistical difference compared with the baseline. For the observation group, pain intensity and shoulder function improved significantly compared with baseline and before treatment (P<0.05). After 2 weeks of treatment, the pain intensity and shoulder function in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After two courses of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.1%, and the cure rate was 21.75%. The total effective rate of the control group was 72.7%, and the cure rate was 18.2%. Conclusion: Massage combined with neuromuscular joint promotion method in the treatment of frozen periarthritis of shoulder can significantly improve the shoulder pain, dysfunction, and its clinical comprehensive effect is significantly better than pure massage.
