复方血栓通胶囊治疗眼底病临床观察

To Observe the Clinical Effect of Compound Xueshuantong Capsule in the Treatment of Fundus Diseases

目的:探讨眼底病应用复方血栓通胶囊治疗的临床效果。方法:选择眼底病患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组,每组30例。用常规激光疗法治疗为对照组,用常规激光治疗联合复方血栓通胶囊治疗为观察组。评价两组疗效,记录不良反应、眼底检查复查时间与眼底治疗时间,并比较。结果:观察组总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的76.67%(P<0.05);观察组眼底检查复查时间与眼底治疗时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为3.33%,显著低于对照组的26.67%(P<0.05)。结论:眼底病采取常规激光治疗联合复方血栓通胶囊治疗,相比单一激光治疗,不仅可以提高疗效,缩短康复时间,而且可以减少不良反应发生,安全性更高,值得临床应用。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of compound Xueshuantong capsule in the treatment of fundus diseases. Methods: 60 patients with fundus diseases were selected as the study subjects, according to follow-up. The machine number table method was divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional laser therapy, while the observation group was treated with conventional laser therapy combined with compound Xueshuantong capsule. CONCLUSION: Conventional laser therapy combined with compound thrombolytic gel is used for fundus diseases.Compared with single laser therapy, capsule therapy can not only improve the curative effect and shorten the recovery time, but also reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
