在“一带一路”建设迈向高质量发展的当下,智库为推动政策沟通、增进民心相通、促进务实合作发挥了独特作用,为“一带一路”建设贡献了许多“中国智慧”。尤其是近几年,智库研究进入了蓬勃发展、百花齐放的阶段。针对中国智库在“一带一路”建设中发挥的作用、中外智库开展了哪些交流合作以及如何助力“一带一路”建设等问题,本刊特邀东中西部区域发展和改革研究院(简称“发改院”)院长,《国家智库》《中国智库》总编辑于今为读者进行深入解读。

With interconnectivity as the theme, the Belt and Road Initiative means the all-round participation and integration of politics, economy, culture, diplomacy, ecology, and other aspects. During the process, I believe that think tanks and think tank industry should play their roles in two aspects: first, think tanks should safeguard national interests;seco nd, think tank industry should go global.As Chinese enterprises and agencies establish overseas presenee, they are outputting a huge quantity of goods and capital to other parts of the world. As such, they need the alldimensional protection of the state, namely "hard protection".
