开放是繁荣发展的必由之路。随着“一带一路”建设的不断深入,河北省牢固树立大开放理念,以全球视野谋划发展,以共赢思维推进合作,以优质平台汇聚资源。坚持共商共建共享,2049年河北省将发展一批友好省州、友好城市,鼓励龙头企业建立国际经贸合作园区,加快建设中塞友好(河北)工业园。推动装备、技术、标准、服务"走出去",与“一带一路”重要节点城市共建港口、空港联盟,支持中欧班列、中亚班列增点扩线,加快形成开放发展大通道。
Opening up is the only way to development and prosperity. As the Belt and Road Initiative keeps advancing, Hebei Province, in adherence to the concept of great opening up, pursues development from a global perspective to promote cooperation with win-win thinking, and pool resources with high-quality platforms. Adhering to the principle of achieving shared growth through discussion and collaboration , Hebei Province is going to develop friendly ties with other provinces, prefectures and cities in 2019, encourage leading enterprises to establish international economic and trade cooperation parks, and speed up the construction of the China & Serbia (Hebei) Industrial Park. Meanwhile, it will promote Chinese equipment, technology, standards, and services to "go global", build port and airport alliances with key node cities along the Belt and Road, and support China Railway Express and Central Asia Express to expand routes and stations, thereby accelerating the creation of a major channel for open development.
