Current Situation and Consideration of Environmental Protection Coatings for Electrical Steel in China

摘要 为了有效地限制涡流损耗,电工钢片表面需涂覆一层绝缘涂层。随着时代的发展,不仅要求其具有优良必要的应用性能,同时还要求绿色环保。本文简要地介绍了电工钢环保涂层定义及我国开发背景和现状,分析了目前存在的一些问题,探讨了相应的发展对策,最后展望了无铬环保涂层的广阔应用前景。 In order to effectively limit eddy current loss, an insulating coating is required on the surface of electrical steel sheet. With the development of the times, it is required not only to have good application performance, but also to be environmentally friendly. The definition of environmental protection coatings for electrical steel, the development background and current situation of China were briefly introduced in this paper, some existing problems were analyzed, and corresponding development countermeasures were discussed. Finally, the prospect of chrome-free environmental protection coatings was prospected.
