摘要
电工钢是一种复合材料,在分切加工过程中,由于其表面的绝缘涂层较为硬脆,在切割时容易受到损伤变成粉末、粉尘等,这不仅会使硅钢片切口边缘的绝缘层完整性得不到保证,让电工钢片的绝缘性能受到严重的影响,而且对环境带来巨大的污染。本文主要对电工钢分切加工中表面绝缘涂层损伤策略进行了探讨,希望能够提供一定的参考价值。
Electrical steel is a kind of composite material. In the process of slicing, because the insulating coating on the surface of electrical steel is hard and brittle, it is easy to be damaged into powder and dust when cutting, which not only can not guarantee the integrity of the insulating layer at the edge of the silicon steel slice, but also can seriously affect the insulating performance of the electrical steel slice, and ultimately bring about environmental impact. Great pollution, Therefore, this paper mainly discusses the damage strategy of surface insulation coating in electrical steel slitting process, hoping to provide some reference.
