摘要 本文对熔断器用熔体材料的性能进行分析,同时对节银熔体材料类型和加工工艺进行简介,并指出其主要的优缺点。论证了Ag/Cu//Ag嵌复材料替代纯Ag熔体、Cu/Ag/Cu贯穿复合材料的可行性。利用了Cu比Ag略高的电阻率、AgCu合金较低的熔化温度等特点,通过控制嵌复层厚度比例,在不改变原有熔断性能的前提下,嵌复材料完全替代纯Ag熔体材料,并且最大节Ag可达85%以上。 In the paper, the properties of melt materials for the fuse were analysed, and the material types and the processing technology of saving silver melt materials were briefly introduced, and their main advantages and disadvantages were pointed out. In the paper, the feasibility of Ag/Cu// Ag inlay material replacing pure Ag and Cu/Ag/Cu cross-lay material was demonstrated. Using the higher resistivity of Cu than Ag and the lower melting temperature of the AgCu alloy than Ag, and by the controlling the thickness ratio of Ag and Cu, On the premise of not changing the original fusing properties, the cross-lay material cauld completely replace the pure Ag melt material, and the maximum Ag savings cauld reach more than 85%.
