摘要 研究配电网故障处理和分段定位功能的实现,针对就地控制方式实现功能单一,在网络结构复杂的情况下故障影响大等问题,进行以下内容设计与分析:首先,分析配电网运行过程中故障部分的定位与隔离的方式;然后定量讨论重合器与电压-时间型分段器配合的参数整定;接着对故障区段隔离系统中的开关控制程序进行了设计。最终根据上述的步骤与分析讨论,以辐射状网故障为例,对配电网的区段定位进行了建模与仿真,通过分析仿真结果可以得出结论:断路器C在40s左右时被闭锁在分闸状态,区段c的电流变为0,成功对故障进行了定位和隔离,证实了所研究方法的可行性。 The paper studies the operation fault handling and section positioning function of the distribution network, realizes the single function for the local control mode, and has a large impact on the network structure. The following content design and analysis are carried out: Firstly, the method of positioning and isolating the fault section in the operation of the distribution network is introduced. Then, the parameter setting of the recloser and the voltage-time segmenter is quantitatively discussed. Then the switch control in the fault section isolation system is introduced. The program was designed. Finally, according to the above steps and analysis, taking the radial network fault as an example, the section positioning of the distribution network is modeled and simulated. By analyzing the simulation results, we can conclude that: Circuit breaker C is locked in the open state when it is about 40 s, and the current of segment c becomes 0. The fault is successfully located and isolated, which confirms the feasibility of the research method.
