2014-2017年周口市传染病报告信息管理系统报告质量综合评价

Comprehensive evaluation of the report quality of the information management system for communicable diseases in Zhoukou in 2014-2017

目的掌握周口市传染病报告信息质量管理现状和存在的问题,为进一步提高传染病报告信息质量提供改进依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对2014-2017年相关资料进行分析,用统计学方法对相关数据进行统计处理。结果2014-2017年,周口市传染病报告信息管理系统报告质量评价中,未及时报告率分别为0.49%、0.19%、0.10%、0.16%;未及时审核率分别为0.17%、0.06%、0.11%、0.03%;有效证件号不完整率分别为2.92%、0.13%;综合评价指数分别为99.82%、99.93%、99.37%、99.94%。在全省18个直辖市中处于前5位。结论周口市传染病信息系统报告质量现状较好,稳定在较高状态。部分传染病报告不及时、有效证件号不完整及部分审核不及时的问题是制约着综合评价指数进一步提升的关键因素。

Objective To understand the status quo and existing problems of information quality management of infectious diseases in zhoukou city, and to provide a basis for improving the quality of report information of infectious diseases. Methods The data of 2014-2017 were analyzed by descriptive epidemiology, and statistical methods were used for statistical processing. Results From 2014 to 2017, the report quality assessment of the information management system of the infectious disease report of zhoukou was 0.49 %, 0.19 %, 0.10 % and 0.16 %, respectively. The untimely audit rate was 0.17 %, 0.06 %, 0.11 % and 0.03 % respectively. The incomplete rate of valid id was 2.92 % and 0.13 %respectively. The comprehensive evaluation indexes were 99.82 %, 99.93 %, 99.37 % and 99.94 % respectively. It is in the top five of the province’s 18 municipalities.Conclusions The information system of epidemic information system in zhoukou is in good condition and stable in high state. The problem of incomplete report of some infectious diseases,incomplete identification number and partial review is the key factor restricting the further improvement of comprehensive evaluation index.
