摘要
对乙炔清净产生的废次氯酸钠循环利用工艺技术进行了研究,提出了对从冷却塔底流出的废次氯酸钠中乙炔进行回收,然后用回收乙炔后的废次氯酸钠配制新鲜次氯酸钠,用于乙烘清净,并且指出废次氯酸钠的循环倍率不得>7。
The recycling technology of waste sodium hypochlorite from acetylene purification was studied. The recovery of acetylene from, waste sodium hypochlorite flowing from the bottom of cooling tower was proposed. Then fresh sodium hypochlorite was prepared with the waste sodium hypochlorite after recovery of acetylene and was used to purify acetylene. It was pointed out that the recycling ratio of waste sodium hypochlorite should not be more than 7.
