摘要
通过介绍乙烘金属化合物的特性、产生条件及乙怅铜在工业上1,4-丁二醇合成工艺的应用,并结合电石法PVC生产工艺的特点,分析了乙烘和金属盐共存在电石法PVC生产过程中的安全性。
The characteristics and producing conditions of acetylene metal compounds and the appli cation of acetylene copper in industrial synthesis of 1,4-butanediol were introduced. Combined with the characteristics of the calcium carbide based PVC production process, the safety of acetylene and metal salt coexisting in the production process of calcium carbide based PVC was analyzed.
