摘要
通过在叶尔羌河流域麦盖提县实施灌区续建配套和节水改造项目,能够有效地提高渠系水利用系数和灌溉水利用系数,渠道水利用系数较改造前增加13.2%;灌溉水利用系数由2015年的0.448提升至2020年的0.519,提高15.8%。实施退地减水、调整作物种植结构,能够进一步有效节约水资源,提高水资源的利用效率。从作物供需水平衡来看,灌区属缺水灌溉,由于水库供水有限,地下水开采量补充不足,需通过大力发展节水措施,节约水资源,缓解灌区缺水矛盾。
Through the implementation of irrigation district renewal and water -saving reconstruction projects in Maigaiti County of Yeerqiang River Basin,the utilization coefficient of canal system water and irrigation water can be effectively improved,and the utilization coefficient of canal water increased by 13.2% compared with that before the transformation;the utilization coefficient of irrigation water increased from 0.448 in 2015 to 0.519 in 2020,and increased by 15.8%. Implementing land withdrawal and water reduction and adjusting crop planting structure can further effectively save water resources and improve the utilization efficiency of water resources. From the balance of crop supply and demand,irrigation area belongs to water shortage irrigation. Because of limited water supply of reservoir and insufficient groundwater exploitation,water saving measures should be vigorously developed to save water resources and alleviate the contradiction of water shortage in irrigation area.
