摘要
通过2016-2018年春(5月)、夏(8月)季对汾河二库浮游植物进行了6次调查,共检出浮游植物50种,同时用浮游植物数量生物量,Shannon-Weaver多样性指数H′,均匀性指数J等方法评价其水质。汾河二库浮游植物密度及浮植生物量分别是293.2~4 337.1万个/L和2.71~17.69 mg/L,Shannon-Weaver多样性指数H′及均匀性指数J变化范围为1.91~4.25和0.47~0.8,汾河二库优势种主要是硅-绿藻门,评价汾河二库水质为轻污染至中污染。汾河二库为贫-中营养型至富营养型过渡。
In the spring(May)and summer(August)seasons of 2016-2018,six surveys were carried out on phytoplankton in the Fenhe Second Reservoir. A total of 50 species of phytoplankton were detected. At the same time,phytoplankton biomass,Shannon-Weaver Diversity Index H’,Uniform index and other methods were used to evaluate its water quality. The density of phytoplankton in the Fenhe second Reservoir is changed from 293.2×10^4 to 43.37×10^4 per liter and the biomass number is changed from 2.71 to 17.69 mg/L,the Shannon-Weaver diversity index H’and the uniformity index J vary from 1.91 to 4.25 and from 0.47 to 0.8 respectively,The dominant species in the reservoir are mainly diatomaceae. The water quality of Fenhe Second Reservoir was assessed as light pollution to medium pollution.The type of Fenhe second Reservoir is the transition type from poor to middle nutrient to eutrophic.
