1例急性播散性脑脊髓炎患儿的治疗分析与药学监护

Pharmaceutical Care for One Child with Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis

目的:探讨临床药师对急性播散性脑脊髓炎(ADEM)患儿实施药学监护的重要性。方法:通过儿科临床药师全程参与1例ADEM患儿的诊疗过程,分析初始中枢神经系统抗感染方案,以及确诊ADEM后的免疫治疗方案,同时对患儿进行个体化药学监护,针对重点药物进行用药宣教,从而保证疗效,降低不良反应。结果:治疗后患儿精神食欲明显好转,头颅MRI病灶较治疗前吸收,最终好转出院。结论:临床药师可以药物不良反应为切入点进行用药教育,充分发挥自身专业优势,指导临床合理用药。

Objective: To explore the importance of clinical pharmacists in the implementation of pharmaceutical care for one child with acute disseminated encephalomyelitis( ADEM). Methods: Clinical pharmacists participated into the progress of diagnosis and treatment of one child with ADEM,analyzed the initial central nervous system anti-infective regimen,as well as the immunotherapy regimen after diagnosis of ADEM. Meanwhile,individualized pharmaceutical care was conducted for the child and medication education of key drugs was conducted,so as to ensure the efficacy and reduce adverse drug reactions. Results: The spirit and appetite of the child was significantly improved,the head MRI was better,then the child discharged. Conclusion: Clinical pharmacists can take adverse drug reactions as an entry point to conduct medication education,give full play to their professional advantages,and guide clinical rational drug use.
