摘要
目的检测福建省三明市鼠类携带蜱媒传染病病原体种类,了解其混合感染情况。 方法笼日法捕鼠,鉴定鼠种后采集血液以及肝、脾等组织,PCR法检测无形体、巴尔通体、巴贝虫、伯氏疏螺旋体与新埃立克体核酸,并对阳性标本进行测序,确定感染病原体种类,分析混合感染状况。 结果共捕获172只鼠,无形体、巴尔通体、巴贝虫、伯氏疏螺旋体与新埃立克体检出率分别为12.79%、9.88%、10.47%、3.49%和12.21%。其中混合感染17只,混合感染率9.88%,以新埃立克体与巴贝虫、无形体与巴贝虫的混合感染多见,占29.41%(5/17)。野鼠和家鼠病原体混合感染率分别为12.21%和2.44%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);雌鼠、雄鼠混合感染率分别为11.69%与8.42%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);成年鼠、亚成年鼠混合感染率分别为10.87%和5.89%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论三明市鼠类存在伯氏疏螺旋体、新埃立克体、无形体、巴尔通体和巴贝虫感染及混合感染。可为当地蜱传疾病预防措施的制定提供参考。
Objective To study coinfection with multiple tick-borne pathogens in rodents in the Sanming region of Fujian Province. Methods Rodents were caught during the day.The rodent species were identified,and background information was recorded.Blood and liver,spleen,and other tissues were collected.DNA was extracted with a kit,and a polymerase chain reaction was used to detect Borrelia burgdorferi,Anaplasma phagocytophilum,Candidatus neoehrlichia mikurensis,Bartonella,and Babesia.Positive results were confirmed using DNA sequencing. Results A total of 172rodents were caught.Rodents tested positive for Borrelia burgdorferi at a rate of 3.49%,for Candidatus neoehrlichia mikurensis at a rate of 12.21%,for Anaplasma phagocytophilumat a rate of 12.79%,for Bartonellaat a rate of 9. 88%,and for Babesiaat a rate of 10.47%.A coinfection was noted in 17animals,for a rate of coinfection of 9.88%. Five animals were coinfected with Anaplasma phagocytophilumand Babesia,and 5were coinfected with Candidatus neoehrlichia mikurensis and Babesia.The rate of coinfection was 2.91%(5/17).The rate of coinfection was 12.21%in field rodents and 2.44%in commensal rodents(P>0.05).The rate of coinfection was 11.69%in females and 8.42%in males(P>0.05).The rate of coinfection was 10.87%in adult rodents and 5.89%in sub-adult rodents(P>0.05).Statistical analysis revealed no significant differences in the species,sex,or age of the rodents. Conclusion Rodents in the Sanming region carry multiple tick-borne pathogens,and some are coinfected with Borrelia burgdorferi,Anaplasma phagocytophilum,Candidatus neoehrlichia mikurensis,Bartonella,or Babesia.These findings can provide a reference for the formulation of local measures to prevent tick-borne diseases.
