絮凝-吸附法处理气田含汞污水的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 絮凝-吸附法是将絮凝和吸附两种技术组合用于含汞气田水的处理。实验采用絮凝-吸附法处理KL气田的含汞污水,结果发现,对原水进行预处理:适当调节原水的pH值,加入90mg/L的絮凝剂聚合氯化铝(PAC),再加入2mg/L助凝剂聚丙烯酰胺(PAM),污水再通过载银活性炭吸附进行深度处理,净化水中汞含量可低于50μg/L,符合我国气田含汞污水的排放标准。絮凝-吸附法处理气田含汞污水具有可行性,值得进一步探究。 The flocculation-adsorption method is a combination of flocculation and adsorption technologies for the treatment of mercury-containing gas field wastewater. This method was adopted to treat mercury-containing wastewater in KL gas field in the experiment. The wastewater was pretreated by adjusting the pH value appropriately,adding 90 mg/L flocculant polyaluminium chloride(PAC) and 2 mg/L coagulant aid polyacrylamide(PAM), and then the wastewater was further treated by silver-loaded activated carbon adsorption. The results showed that the mercury content in treated water was reduced to less than 50 μg/L, which accorded with the discharge standard in China. It is feasible to treat mercury-containing wastewater in gas field by flocculation-adsorption method.
