原油管道不满流工况分析及应对策略研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过SPS软件的水力坡降图确定了管道翻越点的位置以及发生不满流工况的管段,并通过读取末站压力得出了可避免不满流工况的下站来油进站压力设定值,制定了不满流工况的应对策略.测算了不同管径对不满流工况的影响,得出了可避免不满流工况的最大管径.为验证SPS模拟结果的准确性,用公式法计算结果进行了对比验证,发现SPS模拟结果精度较高,满足工程要求,可用于不满流工况应对策略研究.运用SPS软件可以高效地确定翻越点及产生不满流工况管段的位置,准确地计算出下游进站压力设定值,还可以模拟不同参数对不满流工况的影响,对原油管道安全高效运行具有重要意义. Through using the hydraulic gradient diagram of SPS software, the position of pipeline crossing-over point and the slack line flow pipeline section were determined. Through reading the pressure value of the terminal station,the setting value of inlet pressure which can avoid the slack line flow condition at next station was obtained, and the corresponding strategy was formulated. The influence of different pipe diameters on slack line flow conditions was investigated, and the maximum pipe diameter which can avoid the slack line flow was calculated. In order to verify the accuracy of SPS simulation results, SPS simulation results were compared with the results calculated by formula method. It was found that the simulation results of SPS had high accuracy and satisfied the engineering demand. It can be used to research the corresponding strategy of slack line flow conditions. The crossing-over point and slack line flow pipeline section can be determined efficiently and the setting value of inlet pressure can be calculated accurately by using SPS. It can also simulate the effect of different parameters on the slack line flow condition, which is of great significance to the safe and efficient operation of crude oil pipelines.
