摘要
在5万t/a甲基叔丁基醚工艺设计中,采用了催化精馏工艺,此工艺采用蒸馏塔把醚化反应后的MTBE提纯,把催化反应与精馏分离集于一体,产品纯度高达98%,大大减少了建设维护的投入,符合经济效益。由Aspen模拟得出MTBE产量为6333.593kg/h,可以达到5万t的年产量。
50 kt/a Methyl tertiary butyl ether production process was designed. The process uses catalytic distillation technology, and distillation tower is used to purify methyl tertiary butyl ether after etherification reaction, the catalytic reaction and the distillation separation are combined in the process. The product purity can reach 98%, the cost in construction and maintenance can be greatly reduced.Aspen simulation results showed that MTBE production was6333.593 kg/h, which can reach an annual output of 50 000 tons.
