摘要 利用CAE分析技术对某铝合金电池包结构进行了承载能力和球击工况分析。电池包满足承载能力需求,具有较高的安全系数;评价了电池包底部抵抗变形能力,绘制出力-位移变化曲线,并改进了电池包底板结构,使得电池包在球击工况下底板变形量由11.8mm降到10.4mm,结构刚度明显提升。 The carrying capacity and the ball striking condition of certain aluminum alloy battery pack are analyzed by computer aided engineering(CAE) analysis technology. The battery pack satisfies the carrying capacity with a high safety factor. The resistance to deformation capacity at the bottom of the battery pack is evaluated and the force-displacement curve is drawn. In addition, the structure of the bottom plate of the battery pack is improved, so that the deformation amount of the bottom plate of the battery pack reduces from 11.8 mm to 10.4 mm under the condition of ball striking analysis, and the structural rigidity is obviously improved.
