基于双层模型预测结构的跨区域AGC机组协同控制策略 被引量:26

摘要 随着高渗透率风电并入多区域互联的交直流电网,风电渗透区域容易出现自动发电控制(automatic generation control,AGC)机组调频容量不充足,难以有效抑制风电功率随机性带来的频率波动问题。为此,该文提出基于双层模型预测结构的跨区域AGC机组协同控制策略,实现多区域间共享调频资源。该控制策略在上层采用经济性模型预测控制实现跨区域AGC机组稳态功率优化分配;在下层采用分布式模型预测控制实现多区域AGC机组动态频率优化控制。以含风电场的三区域交直流互联电网为例,仿真结果表明:与传统的AGC控制方式相比较,该文所提出控制策略不仅能有效维持联络线断面安全和抑制频率波动,而且降低了多区域AGC机组联合调频成本。 With high penetrated wind power integrated into multi-area AC/DC interconnected power grid, the frequency regulation capacity of automatic generation control(AGC)units is not sufficient in the wind penetrated area, resulting in difficult to effectively suppress the frequency fluctuation caused by wind power disturbances. Therefore, the coordinated control strategy for AGC units across areas based on bi-level model predictive control was proposed to achieve resources sharing. The control scheme uses the economic model predictive control to realize the steady power optimal distribution of the AGC units across areas in the upper layer,and the distributed model predictive control is used to realize the dynamic frequency optimization control of the multi-area AGC units in the lower layer. Taking the three area AC/DC interconnected power grid with wind farm as an example, the simulation results show that: compared with the traditional AGC control mode, the proposed control strategy can not only effectively maintain the safety of tie-lines and suppress frequency fluctuation, but also reduce the regulation cost of the multi-area AGC units.
