摘要
为筛选出黑龙江省抗旱性强的优质野生花卉,以4种野生委陵菜为试材,通过细胞学观察、叶绿素荧光参数和生理指标的测定,比较研究了4种野生委陵菜属植物的抗旱性。结果表明:在干旱胁迫下,4种野生委陵菜叶片的细胞结构变化一致,其中菊叶委陵菜有所不同;光合能力变化有明显差异,莓叶委陵菜的PSⅡ的最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、表观光合量子传递效率(ETR)、PSⅡ的实际光合效率(PSⅡ)和光化学猝灭系数(qP)降幅最小,表明其叶片光合系统受损程度低;相对电导率(REC)、丙二醛(MDA)含量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性变化趋势一致。通过隶属函数值综合分析抗旱性强弱:莓叶委陵菜>委陵菜>菊叶委陵菜>蛇莓委陵菜。
Selecting wild plant resources with strong drought resistance is very important in Heilongjiang Province.The cytology,chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and physiological indexes of4 wild Potentilla species under drought treatment were measured.The results showed that the cell structure of 4 Potentillaleaves changed uniformly,and P.tanacetifoliathickened a layer of palisade tissue.There were significant difference of 4 Potentilla on photosynthetic capacity,in which P.fragarioodes had minimum decline of maximum photochemical efficiency(Fv/Fm)of PSⅡ,apparent photosynthetic efficiency(ETR),PSⅡ actual photosynthetic efficiency(PSⅡ)and photochemical quenching coefficient(qP)among 4 species.That meant there were the lowest damage of photosynthetic system in P.fragarioodes leaves under stress.Meanwhile,relative conductivity(REC),malondialdehyde(MDA)contents,peroxidase(POD)activity and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity of 4 plants indicated same trend.The results suggested that the drought resistance of 4 Potentilla were P.fragarioodes>P.chinensis>P.tanacetifolia>P.centigrana,which were analyzed by comprehensive membership function.
