Research on Precise Poverty Alleviation and Influencing Factors Based on Poverty Alleviation Objects

贫困户自身特征是影响精准脱贫的重要因素,为探究精准脱贫成效的微观因素,运用统计描述和二元Logistics回归模型,对陕西省白水县25247户贫困户脱贫的影响因素进行实证分析。结果表明:交通条件、劳动力技能、脱贫动力和可用资金对白水县贫困户脱贫具有促进作用,而残疾人数、在校生数量和是否遇到灾难对贫困户脱贫具有阻碍作用。其中,病残人数和劳动力技能是影响白水县贫困户脱贫的首要因素。基于实证结果,提出促进白水县贫困户脱贫的相关措施。

The characteristics of poor households are important factors influencing the efficiency of precision poverty alleviation. In order to explore the microscopic factors of accurate poverty alleviation, using statistical description and binary Logistic regression model to empirically analyze the influencing factors of the poverty alleviation efficiency of 25 247 poor households in Baishui. The results showed that traffic conditions, labor skills, poverty alleviation and available funds had contributed to the poverty alleviation of poor households in Baishui. The number of disabled people, the number of students in school and whether they encounter disasters had a hindrance to poverty alleviation. Among them, the number of disabled people and labor skills were the primary factors affecting the poverty alleviation of poor households in Baishui. Based on the empirical results,relevant measures to improve the poverty alleviation efficiency of poor households in Baishui were put forward.
