摘要
乡村振兴战略明确质量兴农、绿色兴农。寒地黑土蕴含的品牌理念恰恰迎合了这种对食品绿色安全备受关注的需求。寒地黑土资源的稀缺性带来了品牌的唯一性,寒地黑土品牌秉承着黑土文化赋予的品牌精神,借助区域资源优势推进着品牌建设。面对黑土的流失,原有产品品牌的分散经营,以及公用地悲剧的威胁,寒地黑土品牌急需实现生态化、市场化、标准化、国际化。包含寒地黑土商标权、农产品地理标志权、著作权、专利权和网络域名权的寒地黑土知识产权能够带动整个品牌资源的整合,促进品牌的持续健康发展。为此要以乡村振兴和"都城地"为契机、以品牌培训宣传为手段、以商标专利地理标志为重点、以网络域名保护为新点来探寻寒地黑土知识产权保护的策略。
Rural revitalization strategy clear quality agriculture,green agriculture.Vision,the brand behind green,caters precisely to this demand for food safety in the spotlight.The scarcity of black soil resources in cold regions brings the uniqueness of the brand.The brand of black soil in cold regions inherits the brand given by black soil culture,and promotes the brand construction with the advantage of regional resources.In the face of the loss of black soil,the scattered management of the original brand,and the threat of the tragedy of public land,the black soil brand in cold regions is in urgent need of ecological,market-oriented,standardized and international.The intellectual property rights of cold black soil,including trademark rights of cold black soil,geographical indication rights of agricultural products,copyright rights,patent rights and network domain name rights,can promote the integration of the entire brand resources and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the brand.Therefore,we should take the rural revitalization and metropolitan area as an opportunity,take brand training and publicity as a means,focus on trademark patent geographical indications,and take network domain name protection as a new point to explore the strategy of intellectual property protection in cold black soil.
