摘要
circularRNA(circRNA)是内源性RNA在剪切过程中产生的一种不具有3’帽和5’尾的由RNA共价连接形成的单链连续环状RNA。circRNA可与microRNA(miRNA)结合发挥miRNA海绵的作用,通过改变miRNA的表达水平影响多种肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭等生物学行为。多种circRNA在肿瘤组织中表达异常,并与肿瘤分期、转移等临床参数相关,提示circRNA可作为肿瘤的分子标记物。此外,circRNA在肿瘤抵抗放疗和化疗方面一定的作用。
Circular RNA(circRNA) is a side product during endogenous RNA splicing and characterized by the covalently closed single loop structures without a 5’ cap or a 3’ poly A tail. circRNA combins with microRNA(miRNA) and plays competing miRNA sponges role in many cancers by changing the expression of miRNA leading to the changes of the biological behaviors of cancer cells. The expression of various circRNA in tumor is abnormal and related to many clinical parameters such as tumor staging and metastasis, which shows the possibility of circRNA as a molecular diagnostic maker. Moreover, circRNA plays a role in tumor resistance to radiation and chemotherapy.
