摘要
为解决D型施工便梁存在的使用跨度不够、横竖向刚度弱、实际限速低、安全系数预留小等问题,开展了既有提速铁路低高度施工便梁关键技术研究。本文根据拟定的主要技术参数,提出了既有提速铁路低高度施工便梁仍采用半穿式钢板梁的总体结构方案;并重点对其纵梁、横梁、连接板、隅撑及牛腿、联结系、钢轨扣件等零部件的结构方案,进行了研究分析,提出了推荐方案。该提速铁路低高度施工便梁,竖向和横向刚度大,限速高;可拼组24m、28m、32m跨度;并改善安装作业条件,方便施工;这可为公路、市政道路下穿铁路工程的施工设备提供新的思路和方案。
To solve some shortcomings existed in temporary beam model D, such as insufficient use span, weak transverse and vertical stiffness, lower actual limit speed, and insufficient safety factor, some key technologies researches about lowheight temporary beam using in the existing speed-up railway are carried out.In view of the proposed main technical parameters, the author proposes the overall structural scheme of still using semi-through steel plate beams for low-height temporary beam, and focuses on the analysis of longitudinal beams, crossbeams, connecting plates, trusses and corbels, coupling systems, rail fasteners and other components, the recommended scheme is presented.The low-height temporary beam which has large vertical and lateral stiffness and high speed limit, it can be assembled into 24 m, 28 m and 32 m spans, and the installation conditions are improved to facilitate construction.Meanwhile, it could provide a new scheme for the construction equipment and methods of highway and municipal road under-crossing railway engineering.
