高层装配整体式剪力墙结构设计与质量控制研究 被引量:12

摘要 发展装配式建筑是建筑行业发展过程的重大变革。近年来我国积极推进装配式建筑的发展,制定了一系列规范标准。但对于国内相关设计与施工人员来说,装配式建筑设计、建造经验大多处于探索阶段,尤其是高层装配整体式建筑设计方法及施工质量控制还不是特别成熟,造成项目管理困难,建造周期增加、成本难以控制、施工质量难以保障。为理清现阶段高层装配整体式建筑的设计方法,总结高层装配整体式剪力墙结构全过程质量控制要点,结合工程实例,系统分析了装配整体式建筑设计流程、高层装配整体式剪力墙结构的设计方法、控制指标以及过程质量控制难点,为相关工程设计与施工提供参考。 The development of prefabricated buildings is a major change in the development of the construction industry.In recent years, China has actively promoted the development of prefabricated buildings and formulated a series of normative standards.For domestic related designers and construction engineers, the experience of prefabricated building design and construction is in the exploratory stage.Particularly, the high-rise assembly monolithic architectural design method and construction quality control are not mature, resulting the difficulties in project management, increasing the construction period, resulting difficulties of the cost control and the difficulties to guarantee the construction quality.Based on the project, the author systematically analyzed the design process of assembly integral building, the design method, control indicators and process quality control difficulties of high-rise shear wall structure consisted of assembly integral precasting, for the purpose of clarifying the design method and summarizing the main points of quality control in the whole process of high-rise assembly integral precasting shear wall structure.It could provide reference for related design and construction.
