摘要 以云贵片区某铁路老红坡隧道安全快速穿越溶蚀漏斗区施工为例,通过研究、解决和掌握长大隧道在高风险岩溶及岩溶漏斗区等复杂条件下的施工关键技术和关键工艺问题,积累在该条件下的隧道施工经验,在施工过程中将双侧壁导坑法变更和优化为台阶法加临时横撑工法,详细阐述了台阶法加临时横撑工法的施工方案、施工步骤和施工工艺,同时从施工进度和效益方面与双侧壁导坑法作了对比,对比效果显著,为后续施工提供理论依据和施工指导。 Taking the construction of Laohongpo Railway Tunnel passing through corrosion funnel area with a safe and rapid manner in Yunnan-Guizhou Area as an example, the key technology and process of construction of long tunnel under high risk karst and karst funnel are studied, solved and mastered.We have mastered and accumulated experience in tunnel construction under these conditions, changed and optimized the two-sided wall guiding pit method into the bench method plus the temporary horizontal support method during construction, and elaabrated in detail the construction plan, construction steps and construction process.At the same time, the construction progress and benefit are compared with the two-sided wall guiding pit method.The comparison effect is remarkable, and the theoretical basis and construction guidance are provided for the subsequent construction.
