摘要
大型站房桥建合一结构体系成为设计热点,其结合区工程类型多样,除常见的站、桥组合模式,也涉及路基、地铁等工程类型,需重视建设时序、设计方案、施工工况条件变化等引起的差异沉降问题。针对济南西站建设过程中的特殊沉降问题,基于实测数据和建设时序,分析车站桥建合一结合区的沉降曲线特征,借鉴科研成果研究影响因素和沉降特性,并根据地铁1号线降水期沉降数据估算、对比地铁6号线工程二次降水引发的后续沉降量,总结无耶轨道异帯工后沉降技术处理措施,提出重点关注问题及建议,对交通枢纽站的类似工程建设具参考价值和借鉴意义。
The bridge-building-in-one structure system of large-scale station has become a design hotspot.There are various types of engineering in the binding area.In addition to the common combination mode of station and bridge, it also involves subgrade, subway and other engineering types.It is necessary to pay attention to differential settlement caused by construction sequence, design scheme and construction condition changes.In view of the special settlement problem during the construction of Jinan West Railway Station, based on the measured data and construction time sequence, the characteristics of settlement curve in the combined zone of station and bridge construction are analyzed.The influencing factors and settlement characteristics are studied by drawing on the scientific research results.According to the monitoring data during the precipitation period of Metro Line 1 , the subsequent settlement caused by secondary precipitation of Metro Line 6 project is estimated and compared.In this paper, the author summarizes the technical treatment measures for abnormal post-construction settlement of ballastless track and puts forward some key problems and suggestions, which can be used as reference for similar construction of transportation hub stations.
