大型钢构波纹管伸缩节力学性能与施工技术研究

摘要 针对传统过缝形式难以满足大间距伸缩缝要求的问题,提出大型钢构波纹管伸缩节结构形式,采用简化模型的方法对波纹管伸缩节进行计算校核;建殳矩形波纹管伸缩节有限元模型,模拟大型钢构波纹管伸缩节承受内压、轴拉内压组合作用过程,重点讨论了各向应力沿波形的分布规律以及轴向位移对内压作用各向应力的影响;通过比较有限元计算值和EJMA公式下得到的应力,得出对大型钢构伸缩节可采用EJMA公式进行设计结论;结合大型钢构波纹管伸缩节的力学性能特点,研究了波纹管伸缩节的施工技术,阐述了波纹管伸缩节的施工流程及控制要点,并对波纹管伸缩节提出了一些施工建议。波纹管伸缩节应用于伸缩缝处能够有效解决大间距伸缩缝变位大及渗漏难题,具有较高的推广应用价值。 Aimed at the problem that the traditional over-slit form is difficult to meet the requirements of large-spacing expansion joints, a large-scale steel corrugated expansion joint structure is proposed, and the corrugated expansion joint is calculated and verified by a simplified model.The finite element model of the rectangular corrugated expansion joint is established to simulate the combination of internal pressure and axial internal pressure of the large steel corrugated expansion joint.The distribution law of stress along the waveform and the influence of axial displacement on the isotropic stress of internal pressure are discussed.By comparing the finite element calculation with the stress obtained under the EJMA formula, it is concluded that the EJMA formula can be used for the design of large-scale steel expansion joints.Combined with the mechanical properties of large-scale steel corrugated expansion joints, the construction technology of corrugated expansion joints is studied.The construction process and control points of corrugated expansion joints are expounded, and some construction suggestions are put forward for corrugated expansion joints.The corrugated expansion joint is applied to the expansion joint to effectively solve the problem of large displacement and leakage of large-distance expansion joints, and has high popularization and application value.
