立足于国内的建筑市场形势,分析了变更索赔在项目开展过程中的重要性及必要性,提出了建筑企业必须转变观念,主动作为;随后介绍了满足变更索赔的几个关键要素和需要注意的关键环节,在项目实际开展过程中,通过创新工作模式,建殳全过程的变更索赔跟踪机制(成立变更索赔小组、建立相关制度,换位思考等9个方面),实现项目收益最大化;最后论述了变更索赔在提高项目收益中的操作要点和管理工作经验,可为建设项目相关人员提供参考。

Based on the domestic construction market situation, the author analyzed the importance and necessity of variation claim in the process of project construction, and emphasized that construction enterprises must change their ideas and initiatively taking actions.Then, for meeting the variation claim, the author introduced the key factors and links that needed to be paid attention.Further, in the actual process of development, through the innovation of work mode, the establishment of the whole process change claim tracking mechanism was put forward, including nine aspects such as establishment of change claim team and relevant system, empathy and so on.As a result, the author concluded the operational points and management experience about improving project income, which could provide preference for relevant program engineers.
