药物治疗辅助心理护理对儿童多动症患者的效果

The effect of drug therapy combined with psycho-nursing on children patients with ADHD

目的探讨儿童多动症患者在药物治疗基础上,辅以心理护理的效果。方法选取多动症患儿100例,均为我院2018年2月~2019年2月收治,随机分组,对照组(n=50)采用药物治疗。观察组(n=50)合并心理护理,比较两组的总有效率、儿童行为量表评分、家长育儿压力评分。结果观察组总有效率(98%)明显高于对照组(72%)(P<0.05);干预前,两组Conners儿童行为量表各维度评分无差异(P>0.05);干预后,评分均有降低,且观察组降低程度更为显著(P<0.05);干预前,两组简式育儿压力问卷各维度评分无差异(P>0.05);干预后,评分较前均有降低,且观察组降低程度较对照组更为显著(P<0.05)。结论在药物治疗基础上,辅以心理护理,可增强儿童多动症患者的治疗效果,改善儿童行为,降低家属育儿压力。

Objective To explore the effect psycho-nursing combined with drug therapy on children patients with ADHD. Methods 100 children with ADHD in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were treated and randomly divided into two groups. The patients in control group(n=50)were given routine drug treatment,while the patients in observation group(n=50)were given psycho-nursing combined with drug therapy. The total effective rate,the score of children’s behavior scale and simple parenting stress questionnaire were compared. Result The total effective rate in the observation group(98%)was better than that in the control group(72%)(P< 0.05). There was no difference between the two groups in scores of the Conners Children’s Behavior Scale and simple parenting stress questionnaire before treatment. After intervention,the scores of the Conners Children’s Behavior Scale and simple parenting stress questionnaire in two groups were decrease,and the level of decrease in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P< 0.05). Conclusion The psycho-nursing combined with drug therapy can enhance the therapeutic effect,improve children’s behavior and reduce the pressure of family members in children patients with ADHD.
