心理护理干预对脑血栓患者的影响

Effect of psychological nursing intervention in patients with cerebral thrombosis

目的探讨心理护理对脑血栓患者遵医嘱行为及生活质量的影响。方法将本院2016年7月~2018年7月期间收治的脑血栓患者72例随机分组,对照组开展常规护理干预,观察组加强心理护理干预,各36例,评价两组患者遵医嘱行为,并观察患者心理状态、神经功能及生活质量变化。结果观察组遵医嘱行为各指标97.22%、91.67%、91.67%、94.44%均显著高于对照组80.56%、69.44%、72.22%、61.11%;出院时及出院1个月观察组患者焦虑、抑郁评分逐渐降低,且与同时间段对照组比较降低显著,P<0.05;出院时及出院1个月观察组神经功能及生活质量评分明显改善,且评分均显著优于同时间段对照组,P<0.05。结论规护理基础上加强心理护理可以调节脑血管患者的焦虑、抑郁,提高其遵医嘱行为,改善其生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on compliance behavior and quality of life of patients with cerebral thrombosis. Methods 72 patients with cerebral thrombosis admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing intervention. The observation group was given psychological nursing intervention,36 cases in each group. The compliance behavior of the two groups was evaluated,and the changes of patients’ psychological state,neurological function and quality of life were observed. Results The indexes of compliance behavior in the observation group were 97.22%,91.67%,91.67% and 94.44%,which were higher than those in the control group(80.56%,69.44%,72.22%,61.11%,P<0.05);the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group decreased gradually at discharge and one month after discharge,and were significantly lower than those in the control group at the same time,P<0.05;the scores of neurological function and quality of life in the observation group at discharge and one month after discharge were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The scores were significantly better than those of the control group at the same time,P<0.05. Conclusion Strengthening psychological nursing intervention for cerebrovascular patients on the basis of routine nursing can further regulate their anxiety and depression,improve their compliance with doctor’s advice and the quality of life.
