延续护理对直肠癌造口患者康复期抑郁程度的影响

Effect of continuous nursing on depression in rehabilitation period of rectal cancer patients with stoma

目的探讨延续护理对直肠癌造口患者康复期抑郁的效果。方法 2016年9月~2018年9月期间,选择98例本院收治的直肠癌造口患者,随机分2组。各49例,对照组和观察组出院后分别开展常规护理及延续护理,比较两组患者康复期抑郁情绪变化,分析其自我管理能力、生活质量及并发症的情况。结果出院3个月观察组抑郁程度与对照组比较明显更轻(P<0.05);出院3个月后,观察组自我管理能力各指标均明显改善,且评分均显著高于同阶段对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(8.16%)低于对照组(32.65%)(P<0.05);出院3个月观察组生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论延续护理干预改善直肠癌造口患者康复期的抑郁情绪,增强自我管理能力,减少并发症,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing service on depression in patients with rectal cancer undergoing stoma during rehabilitation period. Methods From September 2016 to September 2018,98 patients with rectal cancer who underwent stoma in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,49 patients in each group. The control group and the observation group separately exhibited routine nursing and continuing nursing services after hospital. The improvement effect of depression degree in convalescent period of the two groups was evaluated,and their self-management ability,quality of life change and complications were analyzed. Results The depression degree of the observation group was significantly lighter than that of the control group after 3 months of discharge(P<0.05);after 3 months of discharge,the self-management ability of the observation group was significantly improved,and the scores were significantly higher than those of the control group at the same stage(P<0.05);the incidence of complications of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(8.16% vs 32.65%,P<0.05);the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher at 3 months after discharge(P<0.05). In the control group,P<0.05. Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention in the rehabilitation period of rectal cancer patients with stoma is helpful to improve the depression,enhance their self-management ability,and reduce the occurrence of related complications.
