摘要
目的探讨心理护理干预对小儿肾病综合征患者的情绪及预后的影响。方法选择小儿肾病综合征患者80例,均为我院儿科2017年3月~2018年2月收治,随机分组,比较积极开展心理护理干预(观察组,n=40)与单纯施以常规护理(对照组,n=40)的行为问题评分、心理状况评分、韧性程度、生活质量评分、并发症率、复发率。结果观察组干预后,行为问题各维度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预前,焦虑、抑郁评分无差异(P>0.05);干预后,各项评分均有降低,且观察组患儿分值下降较对照组更为显著(P<0.05);两组干预前,韧性评和生活质量分无差异(P>0.05),干预后,评分值均有升高,且观察组升高程度强于对照组(P<0.05);观察组病情缓解率高于对照组,并发症率、复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对小儿肾病综合征患者积极开展心理护理干预,可有效改善生活行为,消除负性情绪,提高韧性水平及生活质量,降低并发症及复发,促进病情缓解。
Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on negative emotion and prognosis of children with nephrotic syndrome. Methods 80 cases of children with nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40),and the scores of behavioral problems,psychological status,resilience,quality of life,complication rate and recurrence rate were compared. Result After intervention,the scores of behavioral problems in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Before intervention,the scores of anxiety and depression had no difference between the two groups(P>0.05). After intervention,all the scores were reduced,and the scores of children in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no difference in toughness and quality of life scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05). After intervention,the scores in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The degree of complication and recurrence in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Active psychological nursing intervention for children with nephrotic syndrome can effectively improve life behavior,eliminate negative emotions,improve the level of resilience and quality of life,and reduce complications and recurrence events.
