摘要
笔者公司于2018年推出首款自标定温度计。这是一款在传感器内部加入参比温度计,从而实现固定点全自动标定功能的温度计。本文从介绍产品原理出发,引入在科汉森发酵工艺中的实际应用案例,展示这款产品的先进技术。自标定温度计改变了现有标定格局,并保证了客户的安全生产。
The first self-calibration thermometer was launched in 2018 by Endress+Hauser.There is a reference thermometer placing into the sensor of thermometer to complete the auto self-calibration of f ixed point.Based on the introduction of the product principle,this paper introduces the practical application case in the Chr.Hansen’s fermentation process to demonstrate this advanced technology.Self-calibration thermometer changes the current calibration pattern and ensures the end user’s process safety.
