摘要
芦荟在医疗、美容、食品等方面极受欢迎,但年产量少,致使芦荟供不应求。利用组织培养手段实现芦荟快繁,可有效解决其供需矛盾问题,但褐化和污染一直是困扰芦荟组织培养的关键因素。因此,本文对芦荟组织培养中引起褐化和污染的原因及其防控措施进行了系统综述,旨在为芦荟的进一步研究和开发利用提供参考依据。
Aloe has been widespread concerned in medicine,cosmetic,food and so on,but it is far from enough to meet the practical requirements for its low annual production,which would been solved by means of tissue culture technology.However browning and pollution become two limiting factors to the tissue culture of aloe.Therefore,the causes of browning and pollution caused in tissue culture of aloe and the control measures are systematically reviewed in this paper in order to provide references for the further research and utilization of aloe.
