摘要
"五果为助"体现了补益或增加人体所需膳食营养的重要性,《本草纲目》详实记载了五果在内的果类食物。通过立足食物性能,着眼于五果的阴阳五行归属、性味应五脏及其食养和食疗的应用等方面,并进行深度解析,旨在发掘五果的科学性品质,为五果的应用提供有益指导。
"Five fruit contributing to health"showed the importance of tonifying or increasing dietary nutrition to the body. And Compendium of Materia Medica had recorded many fruits including "the five fruit"with systematic and detailed contents. In view of food properties the article tried to explain and analyze details of the five fruit,which consisted of the classification of yin-yang and five elements,properties corresponding to five organs,and application contributing to health and treatment. Then the scientific character of the five fruit was revealed in order to supply the beneficial reference and guidance for using them.
